Go to the admission/notice option. There will be an option for Masters Form Fill Up
An online application form will be there. Please follow accordingly
To fill-up the form, you will require honors Roll Number, Registration Number and Passing year
Please make sure you have your digital photographs and digital signature ready. These two things will be needed to fill-up the form
Those who have a quota, mention it in the form
Fill up all other necessary options
When all the options are filled up, submit it
After submission, a confirmation form will be given. Collect it and then print the form
