17th NTRCA Form Fill-up and Fee Payment Dates. 17th NTRCA states that there will be preliminary exam which will be followed by the written one. Before that, interested candidates will have to go for online form fill-up along with the fee payment. The dates of these have already been announced and they are as follows:
- 17th NTRCA application and fee payment starts from 28 May, 2023 from 3:00 pm
- The last date of application has been set as June 19, 2023 till 6:00 pm on that day
17th NTRCA Online Application Process
Interested personnel who are looking to apply for 17th NTRCA preliminary exam will have to go for online application. The process has been described below point by point.
- Interested people will have to visit http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd
- Candidates will have to follow the process mentioned on paragraph 4 on the circular
- The complete circular will be found here along with the above-mentioned site and following web address
- Applicant will have to follow the instruction and complete the form with a view to submitting the application
- Signature and photographs will have to be submitted following the instruction
- The information given here will be used for preliminary, written and viva exams. Therefore, this should be valid and accurate.
17th NTRCA Application Fee Payment Process
If the candidate fills up the application form perfectly, then he/ she will be given User ID. This ID will be used to send message with a view to complete the application fee payment. The application fee is 350 taka and it should be paid within next 72 hours after submitting the application. The messages that need to be sent from Teletalk pre-paid mobile number are:
SMS1: NTRCA<space>User ID Then send it to 16222
SMS3: NTRCA<SPACE>Yes<space>PIN and Send it again to 16222
17th NTRCA Preliminary Exam Date
17th NTRCA preliminary examination date has also been announced. According to the circular, the preliminary test for the school section selection will be held on August 30, 2023 from 10 am to 11 am. And the exam for the college section will be held on the same date but from 3 pm to 4 pm.
17th NTRCA Exam Admit Card and Seat Plan
17th NTRCA admit card will be available few days before the exam. The information related to 17th NTRCA admit card will be sent via mobile SMS to each of the candidates. After that the candidate will have to use the above teletalk web link of NTRCA mentioned above with a view to downloading the admit card for all the exams under 17th NTRCA.

17 Teachers Registration Preliminary Exam Syllabus and Marks Distribution
- 17th NTRCA preliminary exam will carry 100 marks
- There will be 1 hour given to complete the question paper
- The pass mark of 17th NTRCA preliminary exam is 40%
- The subjects are- Bengali, English, General Math and General Knowledge
- Each subject will carry 25 marks in the preliminary exam
17th NTRCA Written Exam Date

17th Non Government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority Viva Exam 2023
As you all know that 17th NTRCA viva exam is the final process of selection. Candidates who pass the barrier of written exam will be called for viva. The date will be announced later. The viva will be an exam of 20 marks of which 12 marks will be given based on the certificates of the candidates and rest of the marks will be based on the questions asked there. The pass mark is 40% here.
