Teletalk application guide: form, fee SMS, admit card
Almost every government job application in Bangladesh runs through Teletalk: the form, the fee SMS, the admit card. The system is reliable once you know the sequence — and frustrating if you learn it mid-deadline. This walkthrough covers the full process from form to admit card.
Step by step: the online form
Start from the official Teletalk subdomain of the recruiting body, never from links in social media posts. Fill the form in one sitting if possible; save the applicant copy. Upload photo and signature in the exact pixel size stated — the validator rejects everything else.

- Recent passport photo, white or light background, exact dimensions from the circular.
- Signature scanned on white paper, within the stated file size.
- Educational information exactly as on certificates — spelling included.
- Active mobile number that you will keep for months.
The fee SMS
After submitting the form you receive a user ID. The circular specifies the SMS format and the fee amount; send it from a Teletalk SIM only. The reply carries your password — together with the user ID it is the key to everything later. Screenshot it and write it down offline.
| Stage | Where | Key document |
|---|---|---|
| Application form | Official Teletalk portal | Applicant copy |
| Fee payment | Teletalk SMS | Password SMS |
| Admit card | Same portal, before exam | Printed admit card |
| Result | Portal and official notice board | Roll number |
If something goes wrong
Lost password? The portal offers recovery with your user ID and mobile number. Payment deducted but no confirmation? Wait a few hours before retrying — duplicate payments require formal refund claims. And if the site is down near deadline, keep proof screenshots; authorities regularly extend deadlines after system failures.
