Pabna University of Science and Technology Admission 2023: Important Dates
The admission application process of Pabna University of Science and Technology will be started from September 15, 2023. The candidates will be allowed to apply from September 15 for the application for the admission test of Pabna University of Science and Technology for the session of 2023-19. The candidates will be given the chance to complete the application for next one month. So, the application deadline for Pabna University of Science and Technology admission test for the session of 2023-19 is October 15, 2023. The admission test of PUST will be held on November 16, 2023.
PUST Admission Requirements
Interested candidates will have to fulfill some requirements in order to apply for the admission test of PUST. The key notes of the PUST Admission requirements have been enlisted below:
For a unit, combined GPA for SSC and HSC should be 8.00
Candidates should have at least 3.5 GPA in HSC
For commerce and arts students, candidates should have minimum 3.5 GPA in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology in HSC or equivalent exam
For B unit, minimum combined GPA should be 7.00
Least 3.00 should be available in SSC and HASC exam
For Science group, minimum GPA should be 7.5 combined in SSC and HSC
In addition to that, there are minimum GPA requirements for each of the subject and all the details of that have been added on the circular of PUST Admission for the session of 2023-19.
PUST Admission Application Process
Pabna University of Science and Technology admission process is based completely on online and the candidates will have to complete the application within the given time stated above. To complete the admission, one will have to visit the following website.

Candidate will have to fill up the application form with all the needed details following the instructions given there. After that he/ she will have to collect the Application ID for further usages. After the completion of the online form, the admission application fee of PUST will have to be paid either by Rocket (Dutch Bangla Mobile Banking) or by Sure Cash (Rupali Bank). PUST Admission Seat Status
There are not so many seats available in public universities and the saying is also true for PUST. Total seat status in PUST is 920 for A unit and B unit combined. There are fixed seat available for each of the subject. Minimum seat is 30 and maximum is 50 for a particular subject in PUST.
PUST Admission Exam Question Pattern, Marks Distribution and Syllabus
The exam of Pabna University of Science and Technology A unit and B unit will be held on November 16, 2023. Pabna University of Science and Technology admission question will be MCQ type. Total marks of the exam is 90. Syllabus and marks distribution for each unit is as follows:
A Unit
Physics: 30
Chemistry: 30
Mathematics or Biology: 30
Extra 30 marks will be on Drawing for the students who want to get admitted in Architecture department.
B Unit
For commerce: Bengali, English and General Knowledge while each carries 30 marks
For Arts the subjects are: Bengali, English and Accounting, Business Administration and Management
