Students who were promoted to 3rd year can take part in the exam for the 4th year.

NU Honours 4th-year form Fee and Certificate Fee
The form fee and certificate fee for National University Honors 4th year 2023 sessions will be given once the circular will be published. For the 2023 session, the exam fee was from 140 tk to 300 tk for each subject. Meanwhile, the certificate fee was from 300 tk onwards. So you can have an idea now about the fees.
