PSC Chairman Mohammad Sadik on Tuesday said they will publish the 39th BCS Circular very soon. The PSC chairman also said that the results of 37^th and 38^th BCS will be published within this month. Off the above posts, assistant surgeons and assistant dental surgeons’ posts are confirmed while the rest are based on the 38^th BCS. This year the 39 BCS will be a bit different as it will mainly focus on recruiting doctors. As there is a shortage of doctors across the country, the health ministry and PSC have decided to recruit a huge number of doctors in a bid to fill up the vacant positions.

• Age must be between 21 to 30 years
• For freedom fighters’ children and others, the age limit is up to 32 years
• Must be a Bangladeshi national
• If any candidate is married to any foreigner without government’s consent, he/she will be announced disqualified from the exam
